Please note, this appeal process is only for white parking tickets showing "Medicine Hat Police Service". If your ticket is pink or yellow, or issued by another agency, you can't use this appeal process. Tickets cannot be cancelled on the basis of mitigating curcumstances (e.g. forgot to move my vehicle, attending an appointment and it went overtime, etc.) If this form is submitted within seven (7) days of issuance of the ticket, the fine associated with the ticket will remain $25 even if the request is denied.
